I'm a Graphic Facilitator for Meeting Magic and the owner and director of Crackerjack People Development Ltd.
I have over 12 years experience of working in the learning and development arena.
I've worked for both a large blue-chip organisation (Boots the Chemists) and also for a smaller financial services organisation (The Nottingham - a top twenty building society).
It was my experiences in these two very different businesses that strengthened my belief that no matter what type, size and shape organisations are, people development and clear communication is still the key to organisational performance and success.
