Artwork installed in Beaumond House's new Resource and Information Centre - February 2011

Beaumond House Community Hospice (BHCH) commissioned Crackerjack to produce a large scale artwork to communicate key aspects of the service provided by the hospice. The artwork also needed to help change people’s perceptions of what hospices were about and help them see the positivity and humour that permeates the atmosphere at BHCH.

The completed artwork has just been installed in the new BHCH resource and information centre along with desktop information sheets Crackerjack produced to help patients understand how they will be supported during the final stages of their illness.

Crackerjack run graphic facilitation session for Action Homeless in Leicester - January 2011

Crackerjack ran a graphic facilitation session to help the Action Homeless senior team to finalise their vision for 2011 and beyond. Feedback from the session was very positive and the attendees reported feeling positive and energised by the session. Crackerjack will now produce a graphic version of the Action Homeless vision using the outputs from the graphic facilitation session. This will then be used for various communication purposes both within and external to the charity.

Crackerjack commissioned to produce large scale artwork for Beaumond House Community Hospice - November 2010

Beaumond House Community Hospice are based in Newark and are opening a new drop-in centre in the town centre. This will provide information to the public about the services and support the hospice can provide to people suffering from life-limiting or terminal illnesses.

Crackerjack have been commissioned to produce a large scale (2m x 1.5 m) piece of artwork to communicate this information in a clear, engaging and sensitive manner. This will be positioned on the wall of the drop-in centre and will be used in a variety of ways to highlight the work of the hospice.

The artwork will also provide a flavour of the hospice itself and challenge people's perceptions of what happens behind the doors of Beaumond House.

The drop-in centre is due to open in January 2011. For more information on Beaumond House Community Hospice, please click here.
